SHOW PROGRAM

Welcome to the Saltaires 35th Anniversary Performance!

Friends,

Thank you so much for coming to the 35th anniversary of the Saltaires! The Saltaires were originally founded back in 1989 with the purpose of spreading joy to the world around us through high level a cappella choral singing. Tonight we continue that tradition by singing some of our old favorites, some well-known songs that most audiences will recognize, and perhaps a song or two that you’ve never heard before. We are excited to share with you what we’ve been working on for the past few months and hope that you enjoy!

Ubi Caritas

English Lyrics

Where there is charity and love, God is there.
The love of Christ brought us together.
Where there is charity and love, God is there.
He brought us together
Christ’s love Christ’s love

Let us rejoice and delight in him.
Let us fear and love the living God.
Let us rejoice and delight in him.
Let us fear and love the living God.
Let us fear and love the living God.
A living God.

And let us love each other sincerely from our hearts.
And let us love each other sincerely from our hearts.
Where there is charity and love, God is there.
The love of Christ has brought us together.
Christ’s love Amen.

Two years later, Mischief has performed in Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Kentucky, Utah, and in two weeks time will compete in the international competition in Cleavland, OH.
